Less of This, More of That: What Matters Most?

create space for what you want

We can get so overwhelmed with everything we have to do. The never-ending to-do lists, the overflowing email inbox, work projects, and family commitments. We may wonder, Will we ever catch up? We have to ask ourselves, what matters most to us?

Sometimes transformation doesn’t come from adding more, learning more, or doing more; it arrives by doing less. It’s about revising our inner dialogue, releasing what no longer serves us, and choosing thoughts and activities that support the life we want to live.

It begins with self-reflection. Where could you create more space for what matters most?

Examples:

  • Less doubt, more belief.
  • Less fear, more courage.
  • Less perfection, more progress.
  • Less comparison, more self-acceptance.
  • Less overthinking, more doing.
  • Less scarcity, more abundance.
  • Less distraction, more presence.
  • Less chaos, more calm.
  • Less negativity, more gratitude.
  • Less surviving, more thriving.
